Booking: The booking tool of the website allows www.lordguest.com, by paying only a deposit in advance, to reserve a stay for the selected dates in the real estate unit called CaMagnolia and identified by the Veneto region with ID code: M0280570078 and Region Code: 0280257-LOC-00050.
The balance of the quote and the Tourist Tax must be paid on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
The Tourist Tax for the Municipality of Montegrotto Terme is € 2.5 per person per night and for a maximum of 4 nights. It does not apply to children under the age of 13.
The accepted payment methods are cash, debit card, credit card and Bank Transfer. If you intend to pay by bank transfer, please request it at least 7 days before the check-in date, by sending an email to casamagnolia.terme@mail.com or by phone (also via whatsapp) at 0039 3485229714 or 0039 3459788708.
Arrival and departure: After the payment of the deposit, the customer, if he has left an email address during the booking process, receives a confirmation email with some useful information. Check-in is available every day from 15.00 onwards. The customer is required to communicate the arrival time at least one day in advance, by phone, whatsapp or email. In some cases, by prior arrangement, the customer will be able to carry out self check-in. In this case, you will receive instructions via email or whatsapp, normally 1 or 2 days in advance, on how to collect the keys and access the house independently. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are only permitted by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
In compliance with the provisions of public safety and in compliance with the legal provisions, a copy of the documents of all guests will be made at check-in and the head of the group / head of the family undertakes to sign the rental contract.
Maximum occupancy: CaMagnolia is equipped with 4 beds, two single beds and a double bed. On request it is possible to add a cot in the double bedroom and a 5th bed.It should be noted that the extra bed, although it can also be used by adults for short periods, is more suitable for children up to the age of 14. The property is for the exclusive use of registered guests. Please advise prior to arrival if you wish to add guests over 3 years of age, subject to compliance with the maximum number allowed of 5.
Change of dates: The guest can request to change the dates of the reservation as long as the requested dates are available. In any case, please note that the rates available on the new selected dates may vary from the original dates and any additions may be required. In any case, the change of date does not entitle you to any type of refund or credit. The guest may cancel the reservation within the established terms.
Services and cleaning: Heating, electricity, water, air conditioning and wifi are included in the booking fee. A set of linen is also included for each guest, including the bathroom linen, which is delivered at the beginning of the stay. Lordguest, at the request of the guest or in any case if necessary to ensure the good conservation of the property and its contents, takes care of the maintenance of the property free of charge (excluding damages directly caused by the guests).
Lordguest cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions and interruption of services (e.g. electricity, water, gas, wifi, etc.) due to the work of other suppliers or extraordinary and unforeseeable causes, such as bad weather conditions or the behavior and actions of third parties. In any case, Lordguest undertakes to do everything humanly possible to remedy any inefficiencies as soon as possible.
Any request for a refund or compensation for the reasons listed above will not be considered.
The garage in the basement allows the parking of a maximum of one medium-sized car. Under no circumstances is it allowed to leave the car parked, even briefly, in the access ramp in front of the garage of the property, as it is a common space to other homes and subject to regulation. At 50 meters from the house there is a large free public parking.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. It is only allowed in the garden using the ashtray supplied.
Damage to property: The guest undertakes to keep the property and its furnishings tidy and to use the amenities provided with care and diligence. It also undertakes to behave respectfully towards the neighbourhood and avoid disturbing noise, especially from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am and from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm. Any damage caused to the property must be reported promptly and is expected to be compensated by the guest prior to departure. In the event that urgent maintenance, repair or replacement of deteriorated equipment/furnishings is necessary, the guest undertakes to allow access in agreement with Lordguest and within a reasonable time.
Lordguest reserves the right to refuse the service or to interrupt it if the conditions listed above are not met.
